At Crèche Academy, we understand that children learn to walk, run and talk on their own time. Our toddler program allows the children to explore their world in a safe and nurturing environment, while helping them develop their mobility, curiosity and social skills. We currently have two toddler classes that are divided by age, 12 to 20 months and 20 months to 3 years. Our toddler rooms are designed around activity-based learning. We encourage language development, imaginative play, quiet time and creative arts. A typical day might include story time, group activities, outdoor play, nap time and teacher-directed activities.

Children learn best through hands-on experiences. With that in mind, each day at Crèche Academy is filled with fun activities that excite and develop a toddler’s thinking skills and imagination. We know they become more mobile and eager to explore at about 1 year old, and they love to climb, run and jump at about 18 months old. Our teachers encourage and provide them with the comfort and the confidence to speak those first few words and make long-lasting friendships.

All of our teachers are licensed, high quality and experienced. Not only do we require our staff to meet their state-required in-service hours, but we expect them to exceed those hours.
